Registration via WhatsApp: Upon login/registration, we receive your phone number and technical profile data provided by the WhatsApp messenger (Meta Platforms Inc.).
Contact Form and Calculator: We collect data that you enter voluntarily: name, phone number, route (origin/destination), number of passengers and luggage, date and time, flight number, and comments.
3. Purposes of Data Processing Your data is used exclusively for:
Calculating the trip cost in the calculator.
Organizing and confirming the transfer.
Operational communication with the driver and dispatcher.
Marketing mailings (promotions, news) subject to your consent.
4. Direct Marketing and WhatsApp Notifications By registering via WhatsApp, you agree to receive notifications about your order status and promotional messages.
Right to Opt-Out: You can stop receiving promotional messages at any time by replying with the word “STOP” or “הסר” in the WhatsApp chat.
5. Disclosure to Third Parties We do not sell your data. Disclosure is only possible to:
Drivers: Only the data necessary to complete the trip (name, phone number, pickup point).
IT Services: Your information is stored in a secure CRM system and on cloud servers (which may be located outside of Israel).

Review the information we hold about you.
Request the correction of inaccurate data.
Request the deletion of your data from our database (the right to be forgotten).
